The Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AMAA) was formed in 1999 to bring together an international alliance of independent accountants, attorneys, and financial advisors serving the needs of privately held businesses. The AMAA focus is on the Corporate Finance Advisory needs of privately-held businesses with revenues ranging up to $100 million.
